Job Description:

Role: Gas Turbine Field Engineer / Project Manager / TFA

Common Turbine Models supported: 
GE 7FA, 7EA, 7B, 9FA, 9E, 6FA, 6B, Frame 5, LM6000, Generators
OR Siemens 501F, 501D5, 251, 191
OR Alstom 11N, GT24, and more)

Locations: Canada

Timing: Immediate
Pay Rate: $100-$130 CAN / Hour, Subcontractors (1099) options also available
Other compensation: Overtime, Per Diem, and Sales Incentives also available

Key responsibilities of the role include:

• Technical direction and management of gas turbine maintenance outages (Combustion, Hot Gas Path, Major Inspection, Generator,
• Documentation of outage findings, 
• Provide Repair/Replace recommendations
• Outage planning, parts identification, scope development, schedule input
• Technical Support and Consultation
• Troubleshooting of Turbine and Auxiliary systems
• Outage Client Representation and vendor oversight

Required experience and attributes:

• 5+ years experience as Turbine Field Engineer /  Technical Field Advisor /  Technical Director / Utility Turbine Maintenance Engineer
• Experience with GE, Siemens, and other OEM turbines and generators
• Reliable, High Energy self-starter
• Committed to safety and quality
• ONE MUST HAVE LEGAL AUTHORIZATION TO WORK IN CANADA

Desired Additional skills:

• Fluent in Spanish (Especially for South American assignments)
• Good professional network (both technical, and clients)
• Other specialty skills – Vibration, Controls, Generator, excitation, etc
